CANCELLATION POLICY
✨PLEASE READ✨ • SERVICES: For safety and comfort, services are reserved for adults (18+). • DEPOSITS: 50% non-refundable; applied to your service total. • RESCHEDULING: (Online Only): 48+ hours’ notice required to transfer deposit (max 1 move). Under 48 hours, deposit is forfeited. No Text/DM requests. • LATE CANCEL/NO-SHOW: Within 24 hours, missed appointments, or 15+ mins late = 100% service charge. • PRE-BOOKING PERK: Deposits waived for loyal guests. If moved or canceled at any time, a 50% deposit is required to re-book. • ARRIVALS: Clean, dry hair. Please no hoodies or high collars. Extra guests/kids are not allowed in the suite.
