CANCELLATION POLICY

💳 DEPOSIT POLICY A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your final service total. ⏰ 48-HR POLICY Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled through the online booking portal at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 48 hours are charged 100% of the scheduled service. 🕒 LATE POLICY A 15 minute grace period is offered for all scheduled appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and the full service charged. 🫶🏻 STUDIO POLICY No additional guests or children are permitted in the studio during your service.
