Hello Gorgeous, My name is Kevin Hyman and I’m the proud owner of Iridescent Salon. Iridescent is a groovy, modern styled micro salon located in Edgewood. My specialties are dimensional color, modern haircuts, brazilian blowouts and three different methods of hair extensions. I provide a one on one experience in my cozy space to create a delightful experience for all. Parking and Access: For your convenience, please park in designated retail spots only. Service Guarantee: At Iridescent Salon, I am committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with your haircut or color, please notify me within 24 hours of your visit. I will be happy to make adjustments at no additional charge. Please note that adjustments requested after 24 hours may incur a fee. Refunds will not be issued for services already provided. Hair Extension Services: New clients interested in hair extensions must schedule a consultation prior to booking a service. A deposit is required to secure a hair extension appointment. Please note that Saturdays are reserved for color and extension services only. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, allowing me to provide the best possible experience for all clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking and Cancellation Policy: To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Rescheduling: - A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an appointment. - Deposits will be applied to the next visit if rescheduling occurs outside of the 24-hour window. - Rescheduling within the 24-hour period will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No Show/Same Day Cancellations: - Failure to attend an appointment or same-day cancellations will incur a 100% charge for the missed service. - In such cases, full payment for the next appointment will be required prior to rescheduling. Please notify me promptly if you're experiencing any health concerns or not feeling well, as we'll need to reschedule our appointment to ensure everyone's well-being and avoid any potential disruptions to my work schedule. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
