I will no longer be able to manage appointment changes via text. • Pre-Booking Loyalty Perk: Loyal guests with a card on file may pre-book future sessions without an upfront deposit. However, should you need to reschedule or cancel a pre-booked appointment, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your new date. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total. • Boutique Experience: To maintain a private, relaxing 1-on-1 atmosphere, no additional guests or children are permitted in the salon during your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Securing Your Session: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. This serves as a down payment and is applied directly to your service total. • The 48-Hour Rule: You may reschedule via the online portal with at least 48 hours' notice, and your deposit will transfer to your new date. • Late Changes & No-Shows: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments missed without notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. In these cases, the deposit is forfeited and applied toward the balance. • Lateness: I offer a 15-minute grace period. Beyond 15 minutes, your service may be adjusted or rescheduled to protect the quality of my work and the schedules of following guests. The full service fee remains applicable.
